I suppose you could also cook all that stuff on larger Eggs, but for two people, you sure have a lot of choices of things to cook on a Mini.

By the way, the Mini is the perfect Christmas gift to get someone started in Egg'n.

Spring "Loving The Magic Of The Mini" Chicken

@fence0407 - Thanks for the compliment. I cooked that spatch before I picked up the Mini Woo so it was a bit closer to the coals and a little charred on the bottom. Last night I made very large chicken hind quarters (one at a time as the family was gone) and the first one was at 400-425 raised direct on the Woo. When I made the second one the temp had dropped to 350 and the coals were down low. The second one came out fantastic and the first one had significant char. I think the next spatch I do on the mini will be with very little charcoal and raised direct at 350 to see if that's the necessary magic. 

If anyone has a mini stand, I'm all ears to talk about buying it off you.
