Just bought a pack of Jelly Bellies and a Thermoworks Dot came with it!

Been looking for a digital thermometer and after @SMITTYtheSMOKER posted an ad for the Dot by Thermoworks, I decided on it for a few reasons:
Price point $39.00, I could experiment and wreck stuff for that amount without crying!
Made by Thermoworks, I trust this co. and their products after buying a Thermopen.
Trying to keep it simple, I just want better insight to my internal meat temps, without opening egg a lot.
I am cooking my turkey Saturday, I will post full review after using product, and hopefully a turkey success as well!

I like how well put together their equipment is! Let us know how it works.

Looks like a winner to me. Do they have one that has a wireless receiver? It's too cold here to stand outside everytime I need to check temp. I decided on the ivation for that reason.

@Anton - ouch $199 is a bit higher than I paid for the ivation ($69) - it would be nice if for that price it transmitted over wifi to my phone so I could keep an eye on it from anywhere. Thanks for the help.

Igrill Bluetooth temp monitor works great for me! I think it was like 40 bucks several months back. Got it at Lowes.

@ChicagoEgghead, it does, bluetooth. I like the sound of yours too,but I am not interested in wireless right now, just a simple thermo with alarm.
