First Spatchcock Turkey Done

Have done chickens plenty of times but did the first big bird this morning for a lunch at 1300 today. Must say easiest and probably best looking turkey I have done. Will know more on the flavor later lol. Rosemary butter under the skin with DP Raging River on top. Set up indirect at 350 with a pan of Cranapple juice, onion, Rosemary, and brown sugar below. Bird on BGE grate 1.5 inches above the felt. Took 1 hour 50 minutes. Pulled at 158 breasts and 180 legs then FTC. Now if I can duplicate for tomorrow.

I wouldn't go so far as to say epic but pretty pleased with the outcome.
