Cooking some ribs today to eat tonight. I'd like to get them done before the sun goes down. Do y'all FTC ribs?

2 hours in the smoker, 2 hours in foil, 1 hour back in the egg and sauce if you wish.I have held ribs before and they turned out fine. FTC would work but probably not that long because they don't have the mass of a butt or brisket. I just used the oven. I cut them up into slices, put in a foil pan and covered, then put them in the oven on the lowest setting. I turn the oven on the lowest setting and then turn it on and off to sort of manually hold 140.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
