FTC ribs?

Cooking some ribs today to eat tonight. I'd like to get them done before the sun goes down. Do y'all FTC ribs?

    2 hours in the smoker, 2 hours in foil, 1 hour back in the egg and sauce if you wish. 

    I have held ribs before and they turned out fine.  FTC would work but probably not that long because they don't have the mass of a butt or brisket.  I just used the oven.  I cut them up into slices, put in a foil pan and covered, then put them in the oven on the lowest setting.  I turn the oven on the lowest setting and then turn it on and off to sort of manually hold 140. 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
