Thanks y'all! @Dobie‌ Chris they have 7 more on hand (well at least they did on Thursday) ;)
@thetrim‌ glad I was busy cooking during the game. Nuff said. Not our best showing that's for damn sure.
@jcaspary‌ It's definitely fun to use it. I am hoping Matthew at Smokeware has plans in the works for Smokeware that'll fit the Mini, Small, MM. I think he'd find there is a market for it (right here). Matthew if you build it we will buy it :)

This is what's leftover from after a 6 hour at 235℉ and 2 hour at 350℉-400℉.
First load of used RW and one chunk of oak loaded after fire was established.

This is what's left after the cook. I'd say it's pretty darn efficient.

Sounds like a plan. Maybe put some bricks or pavers on the lower shelf?

@caliking‌ not a bad idea (so it's not as top heavy).

Looks like a great addition. I'm impressed with how much is left after 6 hours.

I can't tell from the pics, is there a separate fire box and fire ring, or is it a single firebowl type design?

@caliking‌ considering it'll be getting rolled on lanai and stability etc considered. I think this is what I'll go with instead.

That looks a bit more stable. I've seen someone cut a hole in the top shelf and drop a mini in, so that it sat on the middle shelf. Made it less top-heavy.

@caliking‌ found it at Sam's Club for almost $30 less. Won't be cutting hole etc as I want to be able to remove for tailgating at the beach etc. But, agree it's much more stable in appearance. Hopefully the specs and pics are accurate.

@NPHuskerFL‌ I stopped by your dealer today to check one out and none on display, guy said he had one in the back in the box. $600, I told him my buddy got his here and I wanted to see one, he said you must know Blake . I picked up a couple Yeti tumblers and rolled. :((

@Dobie‌ nice. He'll probably assemble one for display and get another one and leave it in the box in the backroom. I think he was due to get 2 besides mine. Hagan as a whole received 8 or 9 MM on their latest received shipment.
