Great directions @dieselkw, that is the method I use. I only ever grill sizzlers, I tried a T-bone once and it was awful. I'm not sure if it was how I cooked it or what. We have always liked sizzlers the best. I do want to try a Cowboy Ribeye steak, i've heard those are very delicious.Cooking on a XL BGE from Allendale, Mi.
