Egg carrier for mini?

I was just scrolling through the product catalog on the site. I noticed in the nests section that there is a Egg carrier for mini-max and mini eggs - ECMM listed. Based on the description and single part number, I'm assuming the minimal carrier will work for the mini as well. Can anyone confirm this?

    Minimal carrier? You want to use the mini max for the mini? If so it would probably work but the mini would slide around some. The carten for the mini is awesome.

    This is interesting I'd like to look at that carrier as an option. It's seems like it would be smaller than the carton for traveling and you have the cooking directly on the hot carton issue solved with the max carrier.
    Pricing guess $75-100?

    The MM carrier has a solid ring around the top that's probably about 15" diameter maybe a little more and its 2 bars across the bottom that the mini may be able to fall in the gaps. I will check it out when I get home and post a pic.

    I just received my mini Carten last week and am very pleased. I think that they actually still have mini Cartens in stock.

    Called mothership store for a carrier only and they are saying there is no such thing in the system at this time. Lit may want to save your time, as this may never be an option for the mini.

    At this point they're lucky they made enough carriers for the small batch of mini maxes they've released...maybe once they figure out production, they'll offer the carrier only. Makes sense if they didn't though since it really only fits the mini max. Probably not enough demand for carrier only to produce.
