Pork Loin rubbed and injected

I used a 2 1/2 lb. pork loin and rubbed it with mustard Ray Lampe big time rub. Then I made an injection of 16oz. Angry orchard Hard Cider, half a stick of Butter and Jack Daniels Butt rub to taste. I wasn't able to inject all of it into the loin (next time I'll drink half of the Angry Orchard). Smoked it at 225*F for 2 1/2 hours with cherry chunks. Let it rest for a half hour and sliced it at an angle. Is that called on the biased? It had a subtle fruity taste while letting the pork flavor come through.
