After Eggtoberfest Idea.....

Ok. So I took SWMBO to Eggtoberfest and she had a really good time. Really enjoyed everything she had and all the people and mentioning several times "this is crazy". Well we had to leave early to go to Augusta fr m stepsons white coat ceremony for med school.

So we are driving out I20 and out of the blue (with no solicitation or prompting from me) she says you should sell your medium egg and rebuild the table in the deck and get a large. Needless to say, I almost ran of the road and attributed it too a case of Eggtoberfest eggcitement

Well she has brought it up twice more (without my mentioning it) and is teadybt move forward. You know the saying "strike while the iron is hot".

So it brings up a new table and I have some ideas on it but need to find a home for the granite table top I have now. It measures 24 x 48 with a hole cut fr a medium egg. Anyone in Georgia interested? Let me know and we can see if we can work something out.

Updates will be posted as the project moves forward. Also if anyone in Georgia is looking for a medium with a tonnf accessories, let me know

That's awesome about your Stepson. The event is always fun to watch here at the hospital/med school.

Seems to me you're at least halfway to talking her into letting you have 2 Eggs... If I were you I'd try to convince her to let me also keep the medium.

I'm with @XC242-you likely aren't going to get a whole lot of $$ for your medium and as you are witnessing, the time and effort to get rid of the pieces/parts.

And congrats on the white coat ceremony.

+ 1 for keeping the medium. The small amount of money you get for it will not offset the fact that it is gone!

Adding a second large was the best thing I have done in a long time. I love having two eggs!

  • Hey man I'm down in Georgia quite a bit. How much are you looking to get for the egg and table. I'd love to get a medium to go with my large. I'm planning on a mini max too, but three eggs is better than two. Sorry if im being a vulture.
