Some time ago there was a discussion on pit beef. Can someone provide a recipe and directions for this cook? I have a 5lb eye of round to smoke today. Thanks, Tom

I posted about my reverse sear pit beef a month or so ago, but I got a good start referring to Wess's recipe on wessb.com. Check out Wess's site for some good pictures and instructions.[p]Happy cookin. That is some fine eating!
