So, I got my new maverick Friday. Tried it out Saturday. Boneless turkey breast and a rump roast. All for sammiches. I'm not a huge turkey fan, but this was one of the best. Wish our town carried decent meat. But they don't. Settled on a rump roast. Some before and after pics. As well as a pic of the sandwich I had today for leftovers.
