Nothing fancy...2 racks of STL cut...rubbed with Memphis dust...cooked raised at 225 with hickory chunks...done all this a thousand times...but this time after 3 hours I rubbed with honey and moved to a foil pan...added some apple juice and covered...2 more hours... Now to figure out what to have with it.
