Really Great Idea
So when they were faced with the challenge of washing cook gear at Eggfests, they came up with a really nice solution. They brought it to Jefferson.
This is the back side to show you how large it is. Tucked up in the corner is a 6 gallon water heater.
The top is large enough to spread out the items you want to wash, and the sink has both wash and rinse sections.
It's on wheels large enough to handle the usual Eggfest terrain with ease and for loading and unloading into a transport trailer.
There's plenty of room under the sink to store drain hose and extension cords, and a lot more.
Everyone was talking about how convenient it was.
I wish I had taken some more photos of it. This one I borrowed from KOLB Driver.
So if you are looking for ideas for your own fest, this is a far better idea than the one I made for the Texas Eggfest years ago. All it had was cold & cold running water.
Here's my version at home.
And at the Texas Eggfest in 2005 with Smokey Joe using it.
Thanks Morrison for really going the EGGstra step to make things better for us Cooks.

That is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing it. So the Jefferson fest was last weekend? How did it go? I didn't see any posts about it.
Yours might only have cold and cold running water, but I kinda dig it. Would be great for my back yard. Might have to look into building one like that. Never seen yours before. I dig it.

Thanks Griffin. Here's a photo of the back showing how I rigged it for the two faucets. Either faucet works.

@Griffin It was a little wet but we all had a great time. The location was nice and our hosts were outstanding. Both the Friends of the Jefferson Library and Morrison Supply went all out to welcome us to Jefferson. The people of Jefferson were absolutely wonderful and so nice.
This is one Eggfest that we will be sure to participate in every year.
Here is a link to the pics I took.
