Camping with the Small (multiple cooks)

Rented an RV and took the family to South Padre Island; primitive camping is out until the boys (1 & 3) get a little older. Took the Small and got several cooks in so far.
Meal one: stuffed mushrooms (store bought, I cheated), foiled new potatoes and steak sandwiches.
Meal two: Jerk chicken, corn, and for desert, Egg'ed s'mores.
If you haven't done s'mores yet, they are an easy hit. (Ignore the baking chocolate, that's for my youngest who has a dairy allergy).

@Jeremiah it is a bit awkward for one person but doable and easy with two. Definitely safer and easier than without. ivectaken it in our SUV without problems.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
