Moes bbq denver?

I am curious what other Coloradoans think of this place.  My company had a company party there and I thought the ribs and pulled pokr were amazing.  That said, I will be the first to admit I haven't actually eaten a ton of bbq in my day other than my own.  I don't even want to make ribs anymore because I know they wont be as good as I had the other day!  Im going to go back today and try their brisket.

    Mike Fernandez is the founder of Moes BBQ. He is my Aunts nephew. The only chain BBQ place I eat at. There are about 9 Alabama locations. 3 or so in the Birmingham area. They are using Apple wood for their smoking. Wings are off the chain and are considered some of the best in Birmingham. I have yet to have a bad meal there. Sides and Cornbread are good to. My go to is the smoked chicken sandwich (chicken, white and red sauce, marinated slaw and pickles.)  I recommend if you have one near you.

    My experience there has been hit or miss.  I love the wings, but the pork and brisket are average at best.  My favorite BBQ in Denver is The Kitchen Table and Smokestack 70.  Check those out when you get a chance- exceptional brisket and sides!

    I live down in Colo Springs, never been to Denver for Moe's BBQ.  Now that I have my egg, I suspect it may be some time before I do, if ever.  Our best BBQ place is Bird Dog BBQ.

    The pulled pork sandwiches @ the Moe's in Cullman Alabama is really good. The pulled pork chili and the red beans and rice is awesome. I like there Mac-n-cheese too.
