<p />If you haven't tried this on you should, quick, easy and delicious![p]6 roma tomatoes, diced "fresh"
2 garlic cloves, peeled finely chopped, "I typically add more"
3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspooons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, "must be fresh"
salt and pepper to taste[p]"GOOD italian bread, I prefer Panara Bread's "Three Cheese," it toasts well and holds up to a mountain of bruschetta!!
