Bruschetta

2 garlic cloves, peeled finely chopped, "I typically add more"
3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspooons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, "must be fresh"
salt and pepper to taste[p]"GOOD italian bread, I prefer Panara Bread's "Three Cheese," it toasts well and holds up to a mountain of bruschetta!!

Cap'em Bob,
It's nice having a brother who is a Charter Boat Captain.
It must be REAL NICE living near him to be able to drop by the dock and get fresh fish.[p]Nicely done.

Cap'em Bob,
Bruschetta looks great will try--but--Hog Snapper
is my all time favorite and rare here in SC.

What part of the pig does the Hog Snapper come from? Never heard of that cut.
