Hey Hap....Happy Sunday.... I am going to try your Beef Stew today and had a quick question. in the above pix it looks like you have your plate setter in or some kind of indirect device. but, in your recipe you state indirect cook. did you change your method? Thank you sir

You can go either way... I just like doing it with the ps in and indirect.
