LOL Now get you minds out of the gutter! I broke open the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning that I got from @abpgwolf in the Sauce and Rub Exchange to use on a spatchcock chicken. I'm gonna do one with Dizzy Dust too because the kids love it. We will also be roasting some Brussels and making some corn muffins as well. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

That jerk seasoning looks incredible.
Question- have you ever gotten chicken to turn red via the garam masala spicing? Lots of paprika in the marinade and other spices that make chicken taste great. Then, cooking it on the BGE elevates it to a whole new level.
