Got the egg up to about 450 and put the wok on the spider. Drizzled some spiced oil then threw in some red pepper flakes and shrimp and garlic till shrimp were almost done. No pic of that part because that sh$t went fast.
Removed shrimp added a touch more oil and and zuke noodles for about 2 minutes image Added some halted grape tomatoes for a bit then the shrimp followed by some lemon juice image No plated pics tonight as I was slacking and hungry. @robnbbq this is a great low carb meal with plenty of taste. Doesn't have to be on the egg, I only do outside to keep the funk out of the house.
