Sunday Supper... Bone in Turkey breast and...

Carrots in the Hot tub at 183 for 1 hr and a 7 pound bone in Turkey breast (brined) and slow roasting at 275 with some cherry until yummy. Salad and mashed potatoes

2 hours at 275 dome with cherry then opened the XL up to 500/525 until yummy at 163/165 rested than we put a hurt on it, total time 2:45 minutes. The carrots were great and my wife's garlic mashed are as good or better than most. Good Sunday right here...Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

nice color on that turkey, any rub on it?
anything in with the carrots, or did you season or sauce them afterward?
