Pot Roast Nachos

Needed some lunch and didn't want to reheat the leftover leftovers. Planned to eat salsa and chips so why not replicate our late night favorite happy hour at McCormick and Schmidt's. Had the eh preheated at 350 indirect high in the done until melted. Then topped with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
