Even iOS8 didn't improve my photog "skills". Stuffed chicken thighs. POOR pic heavy.

A coupla chicken thighs deboned and wrapped around ham, Swiss cheese, chopped green and white onions, minced garlic and then snugged with butcher's twine. Also some plain ol' un-stuffed thighs.
Chicken marinated overnight. Just before hitting the Egg, everything dusted 3:1 with Famous Dave's rub and corn starch.
I'm an okay griller, terrible photographer.
I'll learn. Eventually.

Look at haps iPhone photos. One thing you will notice is that he get's very close to his subject. Also, steady your hands by using a good shooting base...elbows in. Make sure to tap your focal point on the screen. Also, don't be afraid to edit your photos...even hap post processes his pics.Last, try VSCO, or even Instagram to capture your photos. Each has some pretty cool filters and presets.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Food looks good to me and really how itstastes is more important. Don't be afraid to edit your photos some. Just don't go overboard. I usually tinker with the sharpness and a little bit with light and dark and contrast.

Is Snapseed available for Apple folks? It is a great program to use for mobile phones.As other eluded, steadiness helps. On Samsung phones it is nice to tell the phone to take pictures because just simply taking one hand off to tap the phone induces movement.------------------------------
