1st cook on the BGE's new home!

Decided to break in the new kitchen with something I've never tried before - Wings!

Picked up a couple packages of wings, watched a video on how to cut them up and pulled out the knife.

I probably should have only picked up 1 package - didn't really think about everything doubling :)  Ended up with 60 wings for just my son, wife & myself, and they typically don't eat wings.  I applied a few different rubs, set up the egg for indirect @ 375-400 and put them on for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes flipped and let them go another 20 minutes.  Tossed 1/3 in BBQ wing sauce (son's request) 1/3 in Buffalo sauce and (1/3) without sauce.  Put them back on for about 20 minutes.  Pulled these and repeated for the remaining wings.  They turned out very good - I know this because my wife & son devoured them and actually ate the left overs the next two nights!  My favorite were the non-sauced and plan to do these again soon.
