    Most eggcellent-a real banquet no doubt.  Congrats!

    @grege345‌, I'll probably get some points knocked off, but I picked the coleslaw and beans up from a local deli. They actually prepare their salads and stuff in store. I just made the butt and potatoes.

  • Great looking meal.  Just a comment on the pit controller; I have cooked a couple of dozen butts and brisket and have yet to use a pit controller. Never, has the temp varied once it was stabilized with cooks going as long as 12 to 15 hours.  Once, I keep the egg going for about 36 hours straight with only adding lump but the temp stayed constant the entire time.  I'm a tech-a-holic but I just can't seem to justify the need for a pit controller.  I am looking hard at the igrill2 so when yours comes in how about a user review:)
