1 1/2 lbs. peeled 26-30 count shrimp
1/4 cup oil
1/2 stick butter
3-5 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup wine
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 medium lemon
parsley flakes[p]Have all your ingredients ready to go. This is a fast cook. About 4-5 minutes.[p]Get wok real hit. Around 400. Add oil. Wait a minute add butter.
After butter has melted.
Add shrimp and stir for 1 minute
Add garlic and stir for 1 minute
Add lemon juice and wine stir for 1 minute
Add parsley, salt and pepper
Finishing cooking until done[p]Don't over cook shrimp.
