Work Cookout
Just got done doing a cook out at work. We won some kind of award. Peak Performance Award. I don't know, but everybody down stream from Garland should be happy for all the hard work we do. To celebrate, we got hamburgers and hot dogs and as usual, me and a few other guys got drafted. Around 66 burgers, unknown hotdogs and lots of beans. Hard day, I'm hot, I'm tired, I smell and I'm ready for a cold beer. But it beats working. That beers gonna have to wait another hour till I get off work.

It's old, but cool. Reverse smoker/grill. Takes a ton of wood and a long time to get it up to temp. We once did 57 racks of ribs on it. I came in to work at 3 that morning to get it going. Was close to 40F out and we went through a ton of wood and charcoal.
