Burnt Drippings

I'm 12 hours into a 225/230 indirect grill temp bone in pork butt and have very little dripping but it is burnt, I did use spacers and I am hoping it doesn't taint the flavor of the pork? I'm in the stall at 176 with 3 to 4 hours left on the 8 1/2 and 7 1/2 pounders. Any Thoughts on the taste!
