    I have yet to order those lumps. I just tried the bag of fogo from Amazon. I was really happy with it, but a 40 pound bag is a bit of a pain to handle and store. Your dinner looks great!

    Man that entire meal just looks perfect.  Can you tell us more about those potatoes?  Did you cook those on the egg?

    Potatoes were pretty simple. I just melted some butter in a skillet and put a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom. Covered with a layer of cheddar cheese and a little milk. Then repeated the same on the top layer. Egged for about 30 minutes at 375°.
