YB, [p]Thanks for your help. My crown roast eggsperiment went over fantastic with my son-n-law, daughter, and my wife! The L came thru again! (It must be the equipment because it can't be the operator!) LOL I have been ordered to do this again. I have pictures but do not know how to post. That is my #2 NY resolution.[p]The BGEs have my confidence level high enough my next Eggsperiment will be a 5-bone Angus stading rib roast. Thanks to this forum I know it will be Eggceptional.[p]Thanks again and MERRY CHRISTMAS,[p]Ralph
