Anyone know where to find good Texas BBQ in Lubbock?

I know Rudy's has a location in Lubbock. It is a regional chain, but pretty good food.

Well drew 3 years ago i woulda told you the best BBQ in Lubbock was at my house but i am now in Albuquerque.

Tom and Bingos on 34th st is good for a sandwich or brisket a little pricey but pretty good

Klemkes on Slaton Hwy . Hes a butcher too always had pretty good meat and award winning jerky

Other than that J & M , Binghams but they are pretty average

Tom and Bingos for a sandwich. Other than that I stick with Rudy's. They actually make a decent spicy chop breakfast burrito.

I've heard of of some little joint outside of town where a guy makes enough to serve lunch M-F and then shuts down. Supposedly it's good but it could just be a rumor.
