Well....after seeing some of Hapsters good looking Caveman steaks, I thought I'd give it a whirl. Not gonna lie, they were pretty damn good! I really liked the taste of the charred crust. I will definitely try this again.

awesome! I did some caveman skirt steaks this weekend for the first time and boy were they tasty, i'll need to get the heat higher next time though.
