    Wow, I am worn out.

Try making salsa.   Dizzy pig website the Fajita-ish salsa.  Me an the wife just finished doing it and it was a chore.  You do all the vegtables on the egg.

Havent even sampled it yet, it is still hot.  I might post a thread about it tomorrow if it is good.

Leg of lamb for Sunday dinner, courtesy of @ponder. I met him and his wife today in Nashville, cruising the middle-eastern and asian markets. He is the nicest man on two legs and his wife is even nicer. Enough to say I won't have to shop for a week.
You meet the nicest people when you egg. Seriously.
    :)>-

@HDumptyEsq‌ thanks, it was a real pleasure meeting you too, and thanks again for the accessories :) We're looking forward to getting together with you again sometime soon...and I agree, you DO meet the nicest people when you egg. As far as this weekend's cook, it's going to be grilled and curried goat over basmati rice with authentic Kurdish flatbread and a pickled grape leaf & tomato salad...

@johnmitchell. I put out a thread late evening yesterday. I don't know how to point you there. It was titled, "OMG. Ponder's lamb". It was outrageously good.
