As long as the temp after pulling doesnt fall below 140 before you serve you should be good!

I've gone 4.5 before - just be sure your wrap it tight in foil & towels & a tight cooler! Bet you dollars to donuts it will still be reading 130 to 140 by the time you pull tonight! If you preheat the cooler with hot water first, you can hold even longer.They/Them

It will be fine. I did 4 hours the same way and it was still 185
