Value of Leftovers

Just finished the leftovers from the leftovers from last Saturday's Baby Back cook.

Still tremendous.

I'n finding one of the major value adds of the egg investment (L) is the quality of the leftovers - nearly as good as the original cook. I will save a ton of money of time eating leftovers as opposed to $5- $10 lunches out.

Every time I do a big cook, I say, "This may be too much food." But I never say, "Damn, I wish I didn't have all these leftovers!" Never let your guests leave hungry!

I like leftovers. Especially Lasagna from the oven. I do not however agree that pulled pork sandwiches are EVER better than when freshly pulled from a hot chunk of Boston Butt!

I love them, but my wife and kid get tired of it after while. That's why I am looking at getting a Food Saver. I still have some chicken legs from over a week ago. I don't think I will eat them, but the steak from Saturday, you better believe it.
