Marrow Bones?

I'm Looking for advice on how to cook/enjoy marrow bones. I've never had them before, but they are part of a local CSA meat box I'm picking up today.

Roasting, and spread on bread seems simple and popular. Anyone ever BGE'd marrow bones and how did you do it??

I've used the Ted Reader method several times. It turns out damn good. Go to YouTube and search "Ted Reader Prime Rib". He does the marrow bones during the prime rib smoke.

I've never done them - short of letting our dogs chew on them, they've never even been in our house.

BUT - I saw a guy cook them on local news a few weeks ago. Looks liked he just S&P'd them, stood them up on a cedar plant - then when they were hot, scopped out the marrow and used it as a steak topping.

I have wrapped in HDAF and placed of hot BGE for 20-30 minutes or so. Careful when opening foil very hot and juicy.
