Grilled - Thin Boneless Pork Chops, Broccoli & Green Beans!

Seasoned the chops with some Dizzy Pig Dust and then just before fully cooked I glazed them with a little homemade low carb bbq sauce. First time I ever grilled either vegetable, but they were really good!! The broccoli was fresh out of the garden. I blanched it, then put a little bit of light italian dressing on it and then some TastyLick Redeye rub. For the green beans I just seasoned them the same way and grilled them. I will definitely make both of them again because the kids even liked them.

Looks good! And, grilled vegetables can be fantastic. :-bd---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
