What is the going rate for a large in a nest?

Hey guys I have an opportunity to purchase a large with a nest. No mates or shelves or any other accessories included just a nest.
I have a large and a wood table, but I really want another one. This egg is new and has never been cooked on. It was raffled off at my kids school. The guy that won it is the president of my country club. He donated it to the club. We raffled it off and a local bank won it. All they did was donate it right back to our club.

Over the weekend I was told they think they will just sell it. I am waiting on them to give me a price. I am sure I will run into the same thing that everyone else concerning the warranty coverage etc., since I am not the original buyer of the egg. Personally I think the club should keep it and cook on it, but that is just my opinion.
What do you guys think a fair price would be to pay for this egg?
