Just bought a woo

Finally bit the bullet and ordered a Woo from Ceramic Grill Store - really looking forward to some raised direct goodness!  Anything I should know before I get going with this puppy?

Just keep in mind the Woo is a great tool to expand your egging horizon since it's a perfect way to hold a round bottomed wok!

Pretty sure that the new woo no longer has the spider attached If that is the case you will need a to buy a spider to wok with. I believe they quit making the woo3 because most people preferred to have the spider separate of the raised device. I have the woo3 and actually cut the spider portion free and like it must better. It was a chore wokking down in the confined area with a 16" wok.
You will love the woo for raised direct and the ease of being able to pull out the hot PS by 2 handle when you want to change from indirect to direct for the same cook.

@Mattman3969 is correct.  The Woo2 does not have a spider.

I picked up the R&B Adjustable Rig setup about a month ago.  It's not bad, but I honestly thing I would like the PSWOO2 better with the plate setter so I can pull the whole thing out when going from indirect to direct.  I might actually buy it and use the WOO for indirect only and AR for direct.

me bad...I stand corrected as I should have been more specific as I was referring to the spider portion to use with a wok.
