July 4 Pool Party

We have been invited to a July 4 pool party that will be attended by 30-40 hungry runners (The Peachtree Road Race is in the morning). I have a LBGE as does the host. I usually do a butt or 2 overnight. Since the host has an egg as part of the patio setup, I thought I would cook some mad finger foods. I was thinking that jalapeno poppers, stuffed mushrooms, and pig shots would go good.
I am looking for suggestions. Maybe some recipes from an eggfest you attended. Thanks in advance for your help! Have a fun and safe holiday.

Bacon wrapped tater tots are alwqys a hit.

Anything wrapped in bacon will be a hit. And lately I have been using the pre-cooked bacon from Costco. It will crisp up nicely and in less time.
Meatballs in a Q sauce make for a great finger or toothpick food. Simple and quick for a lot of people.
