@hapster I only saw the furniture in the brochure/magazine thingy but, it looked nice! We're gonna have the deck that is weather exposed replaced. Thinking of composite. What did you use material wise? Oh and what's under your egg on the deck (concrete)?LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

The wood is pressure treated. Coated with two coats of Flood semi trans cedar. The mat is just a simple spark mat that I got about 14 years ago for my first gasser.NPHuskerFL said:@hapster I only saw the furniture in the brochure/magazine thingy but, it looked nice! @hapster Ya the cost ratio is pretty crazy! Thinking we'll also be going the PT route. What's this "flood coating"? Like a Thompson's Water Protectant?LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Wife said it was the best chicken I've ever made... The dome was at about 450 and I has them on for about 8min total flipping and checking with the Thermapen. When they got to 155 I pulled them.boochsr71 said:caveman chicken looks good Hapster, what temp and how long each side??

Wife said the chicken was the best she's had... The sirloin was fantastic; could of done a little better with it if it was more uniform in size and shape.
Either way, last time I ate was last night so to say I was hungry is understating it a bit...
Sipping some Double Oak while the day slips into evening...
