Food Network Magazine - What the chefs grill on
Cookinbob
Posts: 1,691
The latest Food Network magazine polled 9 chefs on what they grill on. 3 use Big Green Eggs (Michael Symon has 2 XLs), 3 use Weber kettles, all of them use charcoal - not a gasser in the bunch. Ted Allen has a Viking contraption that looks like a stainless steel plated BGE. It is good to be so well represented!

Wow. The Viking C4 does look like a stainless Egg. It apparently has been discontinued

I saw the viking a few years back at a high end home design store, it did look like a large bge in a can and was priced around $2500.

As I recall the ceramics inside were produced for them by Primo, not BGE.Richard Fl said:I saw the viking a few years back at a high end home design store, it did look like a large bge in a can and was priced around $2500.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -
