OT - How do you get the hard return in your posts?

How do you get the hard return so you can separate into paragraphs in your posts? I keep getting just a giant mass of words and would like to make my posts easier to read..... Thanks in advance. Sandy

Guess it depends on what device you are posting from, but I just hit enter when starting a new paragraph from my desktop or laptop.

I use < br > (remove the spaces between the < and >) for that on my Apple devices.

Trying out two things, so this is a test. That was hitting return twice.

And I can already tell my second attempt didn't work. :)

I can't get it to work on my iPad either. I have tried pressing the return twice. Didn't work.

Mobile devices remove the hard breaks from line feeds.  You have to use HTML code like @R2Egg2Q mentioned.

    Either < br > or < p >  (remove spaces).

Try pressing shift+return at the same time.

Trying the shift return suggestion. Nope.

    Hmmm

I get it now! You have to do the <> on it's own line. See? I can be taught! :)
