Looking for suggestions for duck, either smoked or grilled. I have access to either a whole duck or breasts, so would be interested in both versions. Thought on cooking temps, times, etc. Thanks.

Duck should be similar to turkey, shouldn't it? I tried the Madmax turkey recipe for Thanksgiving and I was everybody's hero. It was the best turkey ever. Good luck!

Bunky Rub,
This is first time we fixed duck, and it was great, we will definitely do it again. [p][p]

Brined over night
Water, OJ, salt, honey & 5 spice powder [p]Smoked at 225-250 for about 5 hours
Basted the last 2 hour with a mix off; OJ, soy sauce, honey & 5 spice powder. [p]Rumrunner has a link on how to go about preperaing the duck. [p]Pete[p]
