After a long time of reading and drooling over cooks, I've finally built my table and assembled my LGBE. So I'd thought I'd share some pics of the first cook - it's the least I could do to say thanks!
Built the table...
Fired up the egg...
Got Ribs prepped...
Selected Rubs (used all three)...
Admired the constant temperature control...
Sauced...
Plated...
For these I did Turbo Ribs. They were tasty for my first attempt on the BGE, but could definitely be improved upon.
350F, 1hr 40 min, sauced for 20 minutes after (Sweet Baby Rays)
