About to get ready to do a 10 pounder Low & Slow. Rubbed and resting right now with Butt Rub and going on in an hour or two for lunch tomorrow.

Haven't done a butt in a while.... Wish me luck! Got my Summer Shandy ready to keep me thru the night!!!!
