Braised Short Ribs

Made these for the first time and definitely won't be the last. These were so good. I followed the recipe from @Griffon on his blog. Ended up not having them for dinner because we had a little league game to go to that I forgot about. I let them cook while we were gone. Had a snack when I got home.

I made some the other day. Two hours under smoke at 350 degrees and one hour braised in beef broth, sweet baby rays, and dales marinade. Chunked them, added more BBQ sauce for 30 more minutes and served them like faux burnt ends.Dearborn MI

My were seared at 325 until I got a crust on them then braised in red wine, beef broth, and balsamic vinegar at 250 for 4 hours.Mark Annville, PA

I wanted to serve them over polenta but didn't have time to make it. The kids liked them with mashed potatoes. I admit it...they were instant potatoes and I like them! Don't judge.
