Yeast Bread on the BGE

I started this post this weekend, but could not get the pics to load...... so.....

First try at baking yeast bread on my egg !!! Turned out perfect. Also cooked home made lasagna and it turned out awesome as well. You folks are great teachers. I was going to make flower pot bread but didn't get them seasoned in time. I will post pics sometime this week.

Also egged some pig toes (sweet potato and regular )  !!!!  Yummmm Yummmm !

And...a couple spatchcocked chickens with DP rub !!!!

Also picked up my 100# of Rockwood from my good friend......thanks a million Mike !!!!
