Nailed it.... Did it just like a Butt
250° to an I T of 200-205°
Pulled this one at 200°

    Looks very good!! I have been wanting to do bison for awhile. Do you think there would be a chance of cooking long enough to pull or would that dry it out??

    Mattman3969 This could have been pulled but I don't think it would have pulled like a butt, It mite have been a little chunky but would have been good
