You might start up your own classes today. Nice cooks. If you would like to remove the bottom small pics (I am sure they have a name) just touch them after your post is showing and "delete" will pop on pic. Touch that and will ask you once more on the full size pic above it. Just touch ok and the little pic is gone. Must do for each. Only if you want them gone. Welcome to the zoo. Where are you?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Very nice. I just bought my XL Green egg and have used it twice. It's brand new. I cooked some ribs on it that came out good but next time I'll use the 3-2-1 method and get them perfect. Last week I made an 8 lb prime rib on it that was nothing short of amazing. Took the drippings and deglazed them from the pan with some red wine and made the au jus.Marietta, GABig Green Egg XL,Cheap char grill for quick grilling110,000 BTU outdoor propane burner with an 18" Chinese wok.
